Scope of delivery: In order to maintain the highest possible process quality, Mercedes-Benz specifies the exact scope of delivery.
- No trolley required: Thanks to direct image processing in the measuring head and the Q.Lign software platform, for the first time a trolley is not required in the standard scope of delivery of a Mercedes-Benz wheel alignment system. The MB Q.Lign is delivered with an Android tablet. Those who prefer the classic approach can order a trolley at any time.
- Wheel holders: The scope of delivery includes our proven magnetic holders with 75 mm magnets, compatible with Mercedes-Benz and aftermarket rims. MB quick-release holders and other special adapters are available exclusively through Mercedes-Benz procurement channels. These are mandatory for warranty and guarantee work! For safe storage of quick-release holders and magnetic holders, there is also a new accessory trolley with a mounting system that can also be wall-mounted as an option.
- Romess connection: The Romess inclination angle meter can be connected directly to the display module using the RS232 USB adapter supplied as standard. The same applies to the data transfer station for automatically transferring the height values. Other aftermarket solutions are not approved.
- New WAM/WAO interface: The online data connection enables vehicle selection via FIN/VIN with real-time access to current target data directly from Mercedes-Benz. Older vehicles are still available via offline databases; third-party vehicles via the Beissbarth target database.
- Automatic VIN scan: FIN/VIN can be scanned directly via the tablet camera and automatically stored in the program sequence. This does not have to be in barcode format, but can be read directly as text in the windshield, B-pillar, vehicle registration document, or an order. Manual entry is no longer necessary, enabling fast and error-free processing.
