The ALX 2500 enables reliable and repeatable brake testing of overrun braking systems on multi-axle trailers and vehicles with tandem axles by selectively lifting the axle being tested.

Functionality

• Pneumatic lifting of the axle to be tested by 100 mm
• Optimal positioning of the axle in the roller brake tester
• Relief of the axles not being tested
• Increased wheel load acting on the test rollers
• Improved measurement accuracy and testability
• The individual axles are lifted and tested one after another. This allows the brake test to be seamlessly integrated into the regular testing process.
• The integrated load cells of the brake tester can continue to be used without restriction and as usual, even when the axle is raised.

• The edge protection frame is integrated directly into the lifting device and does not need to be ordered separately.
